What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To initially spark passion for the athlete so that they can become independently competitive, then to internally strengthen the body for longevity and lastly to work on performance. These steps can happen simultaneously.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2x California State meet qualifier/competitor at the junior college level for Sacramento City College.
College level athlete/competitor in track & field as well as sports psychology.
College level Experience with speed endurance & strength training classes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$50 per x3 sessions or $100 per x6 sessions for every athlete at any level.

College level teammates/ athletes, students that wish to find their place in the world, families that only want to shed a few pounds or individuals that are sreschimg for productive enthusiasm.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Ask yourself if your teacher produces results you wanted or allowed you to meet a goal that will help you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Test and see if your teacher genuinely cares for the student then check for the rest of your needs .
