Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step in building a relationship with my clients is to have them fill out questionnaires to get a better understanding of who they are and where they want to be. Reviewing goals and most importantly likes and dislikes will help building a successful plan tailored just for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified as a nutritionist, personal trainer, and exercises therapist. I spent over 7 years working in an sports medicine and physically therapist office where I learned a lot on how to properly treat orthopedic type injuries.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing depends on the depth of your plan. My packages range from 2, 4, & 6 week meal plans. You can add work out plans or other additional options at a price.
How did you get started teaching?
As a long time athlete and health enthusiast it was the people around me who I was teaching who encouraged me to to pursue my education in these fields and turn my passion into helping others.
