About this pro

I work with clients on every level, nutritional, one-on-one personal training using different modalities so it never gets boring. My background is in physical therapy. I'm also a massage therapist. Humor goes a long way so laughing and enjoying your workout is a big priority of mine.

It gives me great joy to watch my clients learn to love their bodies and themselves and become healthy. It also gives me great pleasure to watch their bodies change quickly. Coming up with new programs each time I see them so that they don't get bored is it challenge that I love.

Kim is an excellent trainer. I have been working out with her for four years. She is extremely knowledgeable about diet and exercise. She makes working out fun and something to look forward to. I would highly recommend Kim as a personal trainer!

If you need an amazing massage, you can’t get better than a massage by Kim Hopkins. Kim has been my masseuse and physical therapist for 15 years and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
