I work with clients on every level, nutritional, one-on-one personal training using different modalities so it never gets boring. My background is in physical therapy. I'm also a massage therapist. Humor goes a long way so laughing and enjoying your workout is a big priority of mine.
It gives me great joy to watch my clients learn to love their bodies and themselves and become healthy. It also gives me great pleasure to watch their bodies change quickly. Coming up with new programs each time I see them so that they don't get bored is it challenge that I love.

I like meet with the client first to make sure that they're comfortable working with me and that we are a good fit. Then I do an assessment for the client and create a program to fit their needs.
