We opened our doors in 2009, in hopes of bringing a one-stop wellness shop to Santa Cruzians in need. We foster wellness and fitness by bringing professionals from many fields under one roof to create a truly integrative support system. By working together, we can communicate more easily between practitioners to optimize your care.
Our goal is to help you reach your wellness goals, whether you are an athlete, want to improve your fitness level, or are recovering from an injury. We are here to guide you on your path to optimal health and fitness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step to a successful program, is an in depth consultation and functional movement screen. This allows myself and my practitioners to get to know more about you, set goals, and see how the body functions. From there, we can start getting to work!

How did you get started teaching?
Through my personal experience with injuries, I wanted to help others like myself. I found that it too a team of people to get me healthy and so I wanted to create a team to be able to help others!
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with a large variety of customers from those that have had injuries, senior citizens working on mobility and function, clients who want to lose weight and even professional athletes.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
At Santa Cruz CORE we are extremely proud of every client we are able to help and support! It would be impossible for us to just name one instance in particular. Our mission is to help as many people as possible achieve optimal health through our community of wellness!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't skimp! Get the best possible care and see the most progress.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Always ask a lot of questions! Evaluate experience and talk through goals.
