My service stands out because of my unique perspective as a professional in multiple disciplines as a Healer, Martial Artist, and Dancer. Each artform bears striking similarities between one another, and I can show you perspectives only available to those who practice them together.
My background as an athlete and performer have also given me an intimate knowledge of the body and its mechanics. In my early 20's, I had injured every major joint in my body, to the point of chronic pain and severely decreased range of motion. Through sheer determination, I was able to heal all of my injuries, and build my body back up to full strength, range of motion, and flexibility.
Through this healing process, my mind was able to loosen up, and I broke free of old mental habit patterns that were weighing me down and preventing my growth. The new me feels so much more confident, happy, and sure of myself and the path before me.
I am so excited to share the things I have learned on my journy with you. We will have a great time together, I can't wait to begin!

As a Healer, I feel empowered that in any situation that comes up, I know how to solve the problem, relieve pain, and feel better. It feels good to know how to really help other people live a better quality of life and achieve their fullest potential.
As a Dancer, I love the confidence I've gained from being able to enter any social situation free from that strange terror of dancing in front of other people. I love the freedom of movement, the infinite possibilites, and the ability to connect and dance with my favorite music.

My typical process for working with a new student is to first listen to your goals, needs, and previous experience with whatever you want to learn. From there, we’ll work on some basics so I can assess your current level, and then figure out what is the best path for helping you achieve success, skill and confidence.
I have been dedicated to pursuing my highest potential for the past 15+ years, developing methods of Self Healing, Energy Cultivation, Martial Arts, and Hip Hop Dance.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as a certification as a Massage Therapist. I have been developing methods of Self Healing and Energy Cultivation for over 10 years.
I trained in traditional Kung Fu, Qi Gong, and internal Martial Arts under Grandmasters Douglas Lim Wong and Carrie Ogawa-Wong, founder of the White Lotus Martial Arts System. I currently train Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do at the IMB Academy, which was founded by Richard Bustillo, who along with Dan Inosanto, was one of Bruce Lee's closest students.
I learned how to dance from Tony Tee, founder of the Tony Tee Academy, and have performed all over the world on stage, in commercials, and on television. I danced with Mix'd Elements and The Furies LA.
I started teaching when I was 16 years old in the disciplines of Parkour and Freerunning. After I taught my first class, a friend of mine told me I was a good teacher, and that was the first time I realized I was naturally good at something. I later began teaching Parkour and Freerunning at the White Lotus Martial Arts Center, and then eventually at Joining All Movement (JAM).
Through the years, found a lot of joy in helping people in whatever they were trying to learn. I liked breaking things down in to simple movements, and then putting them together so the student could make sense of things.
I later moved on to teaching Self Healing, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, Dance, and Martial Arts, and I love it so much. Teaching feels like a true calling in life.
I have worked with students of all ages and experience levels. I used to teach childen and adults in Parkour and Freerunning, and I've taught adults of all body types how to Dance and to defend themselves with Martial Arts.
From beginning, intermediate, and advanced students, I have a keen eye on how to improve any aspect of your training.
I would first make sure that they are a nice person who you feel like you can get along with as you progress on your journey. They should be easy to talk to, and be able to explain things simply and patiently.
You can ask them about the development of training, and where the path will lead as you take more lessons. A good teacher should be able to demonstrate the skill you are trying to learn, and explain it in a way simple enough to understand, regardless of your level of experience.
