Jaycromero Fitness is a personal training business that specializes in building muscle, losing bodyfat, strength training, fitness training and athletic performance! We also help create tailored fitness programs to help ensure your goals are met in the safest more enjoyable way possible!

I have been a trainer for over 4 years and have worked from big box commercial gyms to small private gyms training a plethora of clients, I've helped beginners to college athletes elevate their fitness level

I have 3 personal training certifications (ISSA, NCCPT, AFI). Along with specialites in strength training and weight lifting.

What I enjoy the most about the work I do has to be the transformations that I get to see with each of my client. I get to see the very start and grow along with each individual and that itself is the best part of what I do.

    Step 1 - Screen online/ over the phone to understand current position and mindset regarding training Step 2 - Meet in person to assess current fitness level and establish goals with a timeline and layout on how to achieve said goals Step 3 - Customize program tailored to your goal/needs that fit your schedule and your availability Step 4 - Start training on a consistent basis and conduct monthly measurements/assessment to measure current progress to adjust for the following month to see consistent progress!

    I have 3 nationally accredited certifications (NCCPT, AFI, ISSA) as well as specialties in powerlifting, corrective exercises and Body transformations!

    Sessions rate vary depending on frequency of programming and type of programming needed to reach goals! Sessions start at $50/ 1 hour One-On-One Session No additional fee or membership need

    I was very overweight in high school over 260LBS! I was made fun of and bullied all throughout high school that I finally decided enough was enough and decided to dedicate myself to my health and fitness, and long story short it changed my life! I saw how big of an impact fitness had made on my life , I wanted to share that with others and the rest was history!

    I have worked with clients with zero experience in the gym to those who have years of experience but are looking to step up their training to the next level! I’ve worked with collegiate level athletes as well as the average person looking to change their lifestyle! I’ve also worked with pre/post rehabilitation clients!

    I was able to help a recent client drop down their body fat from 22% down to 10% all while increasing their strength in all 3 of their main compound lifts!

    Look for a trainer that can tailor a program to your goals and needs, I know it’s appealing finding the trainer that looks the part but actual results are much more important! Getting along with your trainer is also a very big factor since you will be potentially spending a lot of time with them!
