Hello I am a personal Trainer focused on the overall wellness of each my clients. Being a former Doctor in medicine gave me the ability to understand the human body as a wholesome to create the best plan taking into account body and mind to achieve my clients goals. I specialize in exercise performance, give nutritional guidance to improve health and pay attention to different aspects of the human body to increase flexibility, postural balance, endurance, strength and agility.
I enjoy helping people to become stronger, leaner, healthier and happier with their own body and mind, is a very rewarding experience. I am truly passionate about all the aspects of my career from the moment I evaluate a new client to the process on design and deliver a full program that will ensure the change they want. Seeing people transformation is the best part of my career.
