About
sewnow! is a fun and welcoming Fashion Sewing Studio equipped with everything you need to make real fashion garments. We have Brother sewing stations for each student and are excited to teach you modern and easy methods for sewing clothes and accessories. We are a FashionKit patterns member studio and are licenced to sell and use FK patterns in our lessons and classes. They are also available in our Pro Shop along with a curated selection of garment sewing fabrics that we know will lead to success.
We love designing and sewing clothes and passing on all of our sewing nerd expertise to everyone! The sewnow! team of professional Fashion Design instructors have more than 80 years of sewing experience amongst us and we are super patient meeting you where you are in your skill level and taking you where you want to go next. Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We like to have a chat with you to see what machine sewing skills you might have already, and what you would ultimately like to learn to do. The best sewing experience for kids and teens is within our group classes or our FashionClub for Intermediate and Advanced Students. For Adults, we can work with you in a Private lesson setting. Our private lessons are available Tuesday through Thursday in early afternoon before our After School programming begins at 2:30PM.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
sewnow! Instructors are graduates of Fashion Design programs and have many years of experience in garment design. Our Summer Camp and Juniors level instructors have all learned to sew in our studio over the years and are now accomplished sewists in their own right. Each staff member is chosen for their unique sewing skill set and their deep level of caring, committment, and dedication to passing on the art and science of sewing to the next generation.

Pricing for our classes, camps, and workshops may be found on our website: sewnow.com. We encourage Homeschool groups to get in touch to set up custom small group classes that can be booked for late morning or early afternoon time slots.
Private lessons start at $65 per hour and can be pro-rated for any 15 minute segment of an hour as needed.
