Established in 2014, Astrid's Music School is a dedicated provider of piano and vocal lessons in Concord, California and the surrounding areas. The school, acclaimed for its piano classes and vocal lessons accommodates learners of all ages. With over eleven years of experience and a passion for teaching, Astrid's Music has successfully tutored over 100 students across the Bay Area, emphasizing their commitment to fostering musical talent.

I’ve been teaching Piano and Voice for 38 years. I teach from the John Thompson piano method. I also teach Theory and supplement the method book with classical and popular pieces that my students are interested in learning. For Voice, I teach breathing techniques and vocal exercises to begin the lesson then we work on pieces that interest the student from Italian Arias to Broadway show tunes or popular pieces. We have a recital every year in June. I teach all ages from 5 to 95!! The lesson is 1/2 hour once a week. I do offer a discount for a 1 hour lesson....
