We are a family oriented gym that focuses on Proper movement and goal oriented training. The owner has a Bachelors of Kinesiology from Cal Baptist University and we have been open since 2009. All the Coaches are empathetic, fun to be around, and extremely knowledgeable.
We love helping people and believe that fitness really positively affects every aspect of your life!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with the fundamentals. There are 9 movements in CrossFit, done with a barbell, that are critical both for your safety and your success. After we do sessions learning those movements, you hop right into the group classes where the workouts are scalable, fun, and community oriented.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from Cal Baptist University.

Unlimited CrossFit is $125

How did you get started teaching?
Through the love of CrossFit and fitness! In the garage, then graduated to a facility and going on our 7th year!
What types of students have you worked with?
Everything from kids to adults, to seniors. Even people with Intellectual disabilities or pre-hab/re-hab clients.
