Cassandra J. says, "I have been working with Morgyn Danae for about 4 months. I was a practicing yogi with a dance background and started noticing consistent pain and tightness in my hip. I reached out to Morgyn and she assessed the pain and the trauma which it was connected to and built a rehabilitation program based on my needs, with a focus on core strengthening and dance movement – from a more feminine/yin space. Over time, I started to notice a significant decrease in tightness and inflammation and a definition in my ab muscles – all without strenuous exercising. I find that to be a huge bonus in addition to healing trauma through somatic therapy, increasing my flexibility and range of movement in a very holistic way.
