The Constant Performance approach to strength and conditioning can be summed up by two statements. We are all athletes and We are stronger together. These concepts are the foundation for our training philosophy. “We are all athletes” represents the fact that we all move the same, regardless of age or fitness level. It's our belief that your fitness or performance training should reflect that. This shapes the way we apply the principles of movement science and proper technique, ensuring you reach your training goals quickly, safely and effectively.
“We are stronger together” represents our belief in coaching, inspiring and motivating our clients but also being inspired and motivated by them. Developing strong relationships based on mutual respect and trust is our goal. We will always put our clients first. I personally have completed over 40000 training sessions. From professional athletes including all major sports leagues and Olympic athletes, to older adults looking to increase their health spans not only life spans.
