I love helping people discover exercise they love to do and feeling good in their body. I work on improving moblity and strength through a combination of functional training, Pilates, and yoga. I also work to improve my client's body image by discovering ways to move that are enjoyable and benficial for their overall health.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to meet for a complimentary session with a new client at my studio prior to any charges in order to see if they will like the work I do and if we will be a good fit.

I charge on a sliding scale which will be discussed after our initial consultation.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with clients of all ages from 10 years old - 95 years old.
I primarily work with clients who are recovering from a physical injury or chronic health condition. I also work with people struggling with body image, recovering from eating disorders, and/or addictions.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I loved attending the Accessible Yoga Conference in Santa Barbara.
