Our son JC was really good as a sophomore and Junior playing basketball for East Providence High School. After his junior year he joined coach Ron and football 24/7. He gained size, strength, speed, explosiveness and a ton of confidence over that summer. He came back his senior year and was named All-State in Rhode Island. He continued with coach Ron and after his sophomore year at CCRI he earned a scholarship to Virginia State University. We truly can attribute much of his success to coach Ron and Football 24/7

Coach Thomas is very professional and knowledgeable. Knows how to get the best out of he’s athletes. Thanks to coach Thomas my son now loves the off-season process and it has showed on the field.
