My husband and I both go here. He goes occassionally to help his back pain. He should go more frequently but he is very busy. I go twice a week now, have gone as much as three times a week and as infrequently as once a week. I love my session. I can see and feel the difference afterwards and over time. I am stronger, more aware of my bad habits......... slouching at the computer for hours at a time, leaning more weight on one leg. This awareness has helped me notice what I am doing on my own time. She works with you one at a time so no one else is watching and I really like that.

I came in with chronic back and neck pain. The Pilates have helped with my posture. Mehva has taught me back strengthening exercises. Part of the problem was that my back was weak. The yoga stretches me out which makes my back feel better too. mehva has a great sense of fun, so it's actually enjoyable.

I was training for a half marathon, and throughout my training I developed a hip injury, I went to Body Moves Pilates and Mehva the instructor was great. She understood running is important to me. She is very easy to follow and she made my rehabilitation fun and easy. She is very knowledgeable, I can say, that when I first started my hip range of motion was very limited and muscles extremely tight and constricted. She enabled me to not only work on my hip flexors, but my quads, my back and abs. I was able to strech muscles and work out areas of my body that I didn't know I had but were very instrumental in helping me develop and strengthen my body and better formulate myself a better running style. My training with her was not only fun and enjoyable, I was able to learn a lot about my body. Thanks to her and my pilates and yoga training I'm back on the training trail and I'm running again!!

Originally came based on my mom's recomendation. She has been coming for a few years and looks and feels great after. I wanted to drop a few pounds before my wedding. I did that and more! My energy has increased, my posture is so much better and I have so much more awareness of my body. And the compliments are always nice. My grandmother is now thinking of going, we might have a multigenerational yoga and pilates family. Pilates and yoga has changed our lives for the better
