I was training for a half marathon, and throughout my training I developed a hip injury, I went to Body Moves Pilates and Mehva the instructor was great. She understood running is important to me. She is very easy to follow and she made my rehabilitation fun and easy. She is very knowledgeable, I can say, that when I first started my hip range of motion was very limited and muscles extremely tight and constricted. She enabled me to not only work on my hip flexors, but my quads, my back and abs. I was able to strech muscles and work out areas of my body that I didnt know I had but were very instrumental in helping me develop and strengthen my body and better formulate myself a better running style. My training with her was not only fun and enjoyable, I was able to learn a lot about my body. Thanks to her and my pilates and yoga training Im back on the training trail and Im running again!!
