Hello & Welcome/Bienvenidos
My name is Roxie and after having spent many years behind a desk, I took a career turn and now apply balanced body movement principles for optimal postural alignment, bone & muscle strengthening, and mind-body flexibility. I use mindfulness, meditation and breathing exercises to help clients moderate physical stress and achieve higher levels of mental acuity. I work in a variety of settings including: schools, exercise studios, fire stations, online and in-person* with group, individual or corporate clients.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of this recent client endorsement:
I have worked with Roxie for the past several years, first through online classes at Prologis and then adding on weekly private lessons. She has been an amazing teacher who has helped me each step of the way towards my goals. And even now during my chemo she has pivoted to support my current health needs by researching on her own and focusing on guided meditation and activities to boost my immune system. I highly recommend her and am available to discuss with anyone considering working with her.

What would help me feel more connected to my body, calm my mind when needed, and inspire me to move?
