I teach violin to students ages 3-adult and love to see the progress that can be made at any age. It's never too late to start! I am trained in the Suzuki method and have been teaching since 2008 in North Carolina, Utah, and Idaho. I have my bachelor's and master's in violin performance. I love seeing my students learn how to play with artistry and ease, which can be achieved even at the beginning level! It is my goal to help students enjoy every aspect of playing violin through an engaging method that is tailored to each individual's specific needs and learning style....

I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in music performance, and I've been teaching for decades. I have also played for many television shows and movies, such as Inside/Out, Wall-e, Finding Nemo, Finding Dory, America's Got Talent, Lost, and Family Guy, to name a few. I've recorded and performed with many groups and stars, including Guns & Roses, Aerosmith, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, Andrea Bocelli, Mannheim Steamroller, the Pacific Symphony, and Laguna Pagaent of the Masters Orchestra, so I have lots of experience to bring to every level of teaching.
