Founded by Ben Agudelo, 3pronged Coaching is built on more than 25 years of coaching, mentoring, and leadership experience. Having conducted nearly 1,000 personal coaching sessions, Ben has helped individuals navigate challenges in their careers, relationships, personal development, and life direction. His passion lies in helping people gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful action toward creating the life they envision.

Beyond coaching, Ben is also a professional artist and dedicated soccer coach. These experiences have shaped a unique approach that combines creativity, discipline, communication, and personal growth.
