About this pro

I take the holistic lifestyle of living, adapt it to current life.

Every session is infused with an eastern approach of breath work, inner balance of connecting the “3 jewels” in your being

connecting oneself with the inner warrior that each of us have within

I personally, have been taking martial arts from a very young age, specializing in combat training and taichi as an application for self defense

Everything, every last detail about watching a persons transformation happening before my very eyes, I am very result driven and enjoy seeing the results of hard work come together seamlessly

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

On first meeting, we will discuss each plan that will work for each individual. I don’t use a cookie cutter format that will work for everyone, because everyone is different.

After that, we will figure out scheduling and make sure that we have a plan that works

expectations of m as a coach, as well as expectations of yourself as a student

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20+ years of training in various styles of martial arts

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

The pricing is all varied on individual basis, standard rate 100/hr

How did you get started teaching?

I have always had a teachers approach in life, when I was 20 I decided to put on the teachers hat so to speak, and spread what knowledge I have in martial arts and self defense

What types of students have you worked with?

All walks of life have been welcomed...I have had students from the age of 5 to the age of 96 a persons age doesn’t matter, their will, their drive, their wants, are what matter

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

i haber a client named “Drew” he is 12 about to be 13....his parents are going through a bit of a separation and his grandpa decided to get him a personal trainer, every week that I touch base with his grandpa, he lets me know of some new development in his grandsons being, whether it’s at school or at home, he seems to be benefiting in more than just the exercises we do

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

make sure you want to learn from them, make sure they work well with your personality, finding a personal trainer is exactly that, PERSONAL so always interview your trainer to see if you are a good fit for each other

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What kind of an approach do you have?

How long have you been doing this?

Are you passionate about this?

What is YOUR why for wanting to be a personal trainer?

What background and training do you have that qualifies you as a coach?
