I’ve been involved in gymnastics for 40 years! I was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and I’ve been coaching for over 30 years! I absolutely love what I do! I’ve also been involved in the fitness industry for 20 years. I have competed as a fitness competitor and I’m a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. I offer private gymnastics lessons, as well as fitness classes, small group and personal training. The thing I enjoy most about what I do is connecting with people and helping them reach their goals.
