About
After 15 years of baseball I realized I'd rather teach people how to be great at the sport.
That turned into me losing 40 lbs and pushed to me to become a personal trainer as well, for those who just want to be fit.
I love my job, I'm grateful for each and every one of my clients. Most rewarding thing I've ever done in my life.
Certification: ACE CPT.
If my clients are winning, then I'm winning. And there's no better feeling then that.
There's no workload big enough for me, whatever your needs are I'm willing to put in the time. All I care about is helping others' change their lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always run through assessment tests to figure out what my approach will be for the following weeks/months.
We would set goals in place to hold both of us accountable.
After that we would run through some workouts and see how we do, after the first 2 or 3 workouts I'll know exactly what my approach will be.
I then proceed to create a training program to reach our goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of athletic experience.
I also have 4 years of experience as a Fitness Coach.
My Certificiation is through ACE (American Council of Exercise).
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I use a per session rate.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would suggest you talk to the person and get to know them. Personality in this type of setting will be the make or break for getting results.
I wouldn't want to work with a coach who isn't empathetic, understanding, or positive.
Make sure that you talk to them!
