After 15 years of baseball I realized I'd rather teach people how to be great at the sport.
That turned into me losing 40 lbs and pushed to me to become a personal trainer as well, for those who just want to be fit.
I love my job, I'm grateful for each and every one of my clients. Most rewarding thing I've ever done in my life.
Certification: ACE CPT.
If my clients are winning, then I'm winning. And there's no better feeling then that.
There's no workload big enough for me, whatever your needs are I'm willing to put in the time. All I care about is helping others' change their lives.

Mikey’s positive attitude and guidance helped was key for me to getting my fitness goals back on track and feeling athletic again. His meal coaching helping me turn fat to muscle and feel energized all day. His morning boot camps are exactly what I needed to get my fitness going and stay on track!!!
I have been working out with Mikey for 5 months. In these 5 months not only have I started to enjoy working out but I have watched my body and my posture transform. I will warn you, Mikey is very picky about form, but he does it to make sure your joints and everything else is kept healthy so you can always take it to the next level. If you are looking to enter into the fitness world or just want to take your fitness to the next level, I highly recommend you get in touch with Mikey right away.
He pushes you, but in a good way :)
He is intelligent, knows what works, motivating and has positive energy. Love working out with Mikey. I have lost weight, built muscle and leaned out working out with Mikey!
I always run through assessment tests to figure out what my approach will be for the following weeks/months.
We would set goals in place to hold both of us accountable.
After that we would run through some workouts and see how we do, after the first 2 or 3 workouts I'll know exactly what my approach will be.
I then proceed to create a training program to reach our goals.
I have over 15 years of athletic experience.
I also have 4 years of experience as a Fitness Coach.
My Certificiation is through ACE (American Council of Exercise).
I use a per session rate.
I would suggest you talk to the person and get to know them. Personality in this type of setting will be the make or break for getting results.
I wouldn't want to work with a coach who isn't empathetic, understanding, or positive.
Make sure that you talk to them!
