Wellness Life Coach/CPT
About
Hi there! Thank you for stopping by! I am a 53-year old Wellness Coach/CPT that believes we gotta move and grow for optimal well-being! I've combined my MS in Psychology/Life Coaching with my CPT to offer a unique, wrap-around approach to well-being in mind, body and spirit.
I offer single sessions and packages that include walking workouts that burn fat, build strength and tone muscles. I also include stretch modalities and results-driven techniques proven to slim down and shape up! Alongside our walking workout, I incorporate life coaching tools meant to increase peace, reduce stress and anxiety, and tackle areas where you feel stuck or stagnant.
I also offer an 8-week Walk n Talk program called Resilience!
Focusing on the mind, body and spirit, this integrative program is designed to increase well-being and help revive weary souls. Each week I incorporate topics such as Self-Care, Mindset/Mindfulness, Relaxation and Creativity. Throughout the duration of the program, we engage in goal setting and seeking out negative behavior patterns that keep us from moving forward.
Each week is a chance to learn new skills and tools to create lasting behavior and lifestyle change. Welcome to the new you!
I'm so excited to walk and work with you. I also provide life-coaching sessions and packages via remotely. See pricing below! I serve North San Diego County and South Orange County. Group rates also available!
I am a born people helper and have been walking and talking with women for years. I thrive in an environment where I can help people reach their potential. It is an honor and a privilege to walk alongside women in their journey to wholeness and health.
I developed an integrative, unique approach to health and wellness by combining Life Coaching skills within a walking workout. Clients are responding to this approach with positive feedback and reviews!

How did you get started teaching?
I have a natural teaching gift, and love to discover and share new things that benefit and motivate women! A big part of my service is teaching women new ways of implementing change that moves them forward in life.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work primarily with women, ages 35 to 60.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently worked with an out of town client and held six sessions in a walk n talk routine. She returned home and reported back that she is feeling stronger than ever, and is looking forward to the sustainable change we worked on together. I was so excited to hear her progress and will continue to work with her in reaching new goals!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I think a good fit is important. I added the walking element because I believe we need to keep moving physically as we reach for optimal health in mind, body and spirit. I also believe nature is a great component in and of itself, so I take advantage of our natural environment within the growth process. Even in my telehealth service, I encourage women to put self-care first and find a good walking routine outdoors to complement their fitness goals. Think about what is important to you and go from there!
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do I need to be healthy? Is there a place where I need more encouragement? What am I willing to commit to? What do I want in a coach? What do I want to achieve in that partnership?
