About
Breath Centric Yoga uses the Ancient Science of Yoga to influence the physical, energetic, mental, intellectual and spiritual bodies of every human being to strengthen and stabilize the body, reduce stress and strain, increase productivity, find greater meaning and passion in their day to day and live their life to its highest potentials. We tailor breath, movement and meditation practices to each person based on their needs, challenges and conditions and continue to support and modify those practices to accommodate the ever changing nature of the lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When we meet we discuss the goals and needs of each student. We will examine some simple movements to get and idea of range of motion and breath capacity and ability. We then explore and develop movement and breath specific to the student's case. We adjust and adapt to the limitations and freedoms of each body, nervous system and mind. A simple practice will be given to the student that they take home and utilize and that, over time, can be adjusted to adapt to the evolving physical, mental and physiological state of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Internationally Certified Yoga Therapist. I have several thousand hours of training and teaching over the last 10 years. I teach locally, nationally and Internationally. I work with students ranging from the teen's to the 70's. I work locally in a clinical setting where I see clients with acute physical, physiological and mental conditions. I work with groups in local studios and business. I work with studios in the United States and Internationally. All of these experiences continue to expose me to myriad different cases, conditions, situations that constantly teach and educate me and allow my craft to slowly and competently grow.
