I'm certified in various yoga modalities, and trained in meditation and breath work too. I know about the body, focus on alignment, and love helping people feel good, look good, and make yoga fun and enjoyable. I'm able to personalize yoga and excercises to help people feel radiant, energized, and amazing!
I'm also trained in ayurveda, yoga's sister science, and certified in psychology. I do coaching, and enjoy making others happy, and motivated.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask them their needs, goals, and what they want to acheive. Create a game plan, and process. Get to know eachother, form a relationship, develop clear communication, and commit to eachother.

Certified 200 hr vinyasa

Prices are often $150 for 60-90 mins (varies on student needs).
Once I meet with student, I love to talk about long term goals and set a plan in motion. I offer discounts to people who commit on 3 month/monthly basis. We develop schedule that suits students needs, goals, etc. Often that rate drops to $100-125 a session. Everything is customized to help student acheive success and wellbeing!
How did you get started teaching?
sychronicity... Began doing hot yoga to help heal my body, and it led to so much more...
What types of students have you worked with?
All types... I love beginers, and people who really want to feel better in themselves, and are willing to try new things. I love coaching people in life, relationships, and health. I have experience coaching people in wellness cleanses, and helping people change habits, break addictions, and form new mindful behaviors. :) I'm passionate about working with Moms, and busy boss ladies. Love using yoga and breathing to help release stress, and help people create peace, health, wellbeing, and more fun and play in life, work, etc. Balance is key!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be open. Discover who the teacher is, and choose one that resonates. Be willing to ask questions, get vulnerable, and get out of your comfort zone.
