Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a yoga teacher, trainer, and health coach passionate about helping students live a healthy, balanced, and strong lifestyle. Each program I gear towards the specific needs of individual students.
Rach made me feel very comfortable with my lack of knowledge with yoga. Rachel was very sweet and made me enjoy yoga more and more. She is very compassionate and truly cares about her clients well being.
