About this pro

I am a registered nurse and I hold a BSN.  I have extensive knowledge of the anatomy of the human body.  I also hold my RYT 200 hour and am well versed on restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, both techniques are extremely rewarding both physically and mentally.  I customize practices to meet your needs.  It is not a one sized fits all practice that I provide.  I have wrapped up the best parts of me, my experience and my expertise for you. You will not be dissapointed!  I can also offer and provide wellness coaching if you so choose. Again, it’s all customizable to fit and meet your needs.

I am passionate about helping other people.  I am a natural caretaker and I enjoy hearing the stories and experience of others and how they got to where they are today.  I enjoy providing tools and my knowledge to help aide others into their wellness journey and becoming the best they can be for themselves and for others. I also pride myself in helping my clients help become successful while providing support.

I met with Jodie for a career/life coaching session . The overall experience was great and I have already scheduled my next session. She is knowledgeable and really makes you think about what’s holding you back from being your happiest. I felt like I really connected with her.

I recently had a private lesson and was amazed at how relaxed I was during the lesson and how invigorated I felt afterwards. Jodie made the session enjoyable and peaceful and I would definitely recommend her to others seeking the same. I'll be going back!

I achieved a zen like relaxation while at their session. Their voice was soothing and the guided techniques they used were fun and weird (in a good way).

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to find out the reasoning behind why a student is seeking out training and coaching.  It is important to me to know more about my students as this helps me create an individualized plan that is custom to them.  Whether an old injury, deep emotional pain or anything in between, it is all important when teaching a new student; understanding their boundaries both physical and emotional is key for me and the student.  Everyone benefits!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

RYT 200 hour received in Costa Rica 2018

BSN - RN - PHN - 2010

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing will depend on length of time and number of students.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with first responders, caregivers, stay at home moms and children.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If you aren't sure ask.  There are many teachers out there but you have to find one who fits your specific needs and personailty so that you can thrive and grow in your practice.  A teacher who listens activitely and adjusts and creates a lesson that is indivualized to meet your needs.
