About

I am not trying to reinvent the wheel, but why I stand out as a Baseball trainer is my ability to recognize issues in players abilities and design fun, different ways to fix the issues to improve quickly. I am helping train young Men and Women to be mentally stronger human beings and prepare them for real life, not just teaching them how to swing a bat.

When you get to wake up every morning doing the things you love most in the world you don't work a day in your life. I have been playing, coaching, training, and mentoring for 43 years. I am lucky enough to have played baseball until I was thirty years old. Throughout my playing career I would help coach youth baseball from tee ball to College baseball. I have found my passion in making a difference in young lives by preparing them for the real world through mental toughness, accountability, hard work, and discipline to succeed in whatever they choose to do.

Coach Enochson has been one of the most amazing coaches my son has ever had. In the first lesson I could see a big change in his swing, after the first few lessons he hit his first out the park homerun. This Coach not only loves the game but loves teaching the game to kids. You lights up when they do, he celebrates the wins and coaches through the struggles! I’m so grateful to have him as my sons coach.

    Frequently asked questions

If it's at all possible I'd like to start with a film on the player. It always helps to be able to see the player's mechanics during a game rather than what they do when they get to the field or to the cages. This gives me the ability to study their mechanics.  This allows me to set up a plan before meeting with a student in the direction we will go forward on hitting, Pitching, and fielding.

43 years of experience playing, coaching, or mentoring Coaches. I Coach at Napa Valley College, as well as a College recruiter.  I have coached every level of baseball from Tee Ball to the College level. I am also CCCAA certified Coach.

My pricing system depends upon what package you sign up for. I have several students that work with me once, twice, or three times a week which changes to the price structure. Also depending upon where the lesson is held can affect the price of the lesson.  The price starts at $85 per lesson for 50 minutes of training, 10 minutes to clean up and put away the baseballs used and go over the homework the student will work on until the next lesson.

I was training for a tryout to get back into the professional level of baseball when I asked a high school Coach if I could hit with them.  After I put on a hitting display for the entire team they asked me to be an assistant coach during the times I was available to do so. That was in 1993 so that has been 30 years now.

I teach both Boys and girls, the youngest players that I work with are 5 years old. The oldest players I work with are  College players up to 25 years old.

I was invited to a 16u team barbecue that I was asked to to speak in front of and talk about my baseball career and help motivate the team. The coach asked me to give an example of proper hitting tecnique by helping a couple of players with their tee work on their swing because they have a hidden cage at the house. So one of the players got in the cage with me and showed me his swing. They had a pocket radar and time to swing at 68 mph. Within three swings of me helping correct his swing his bat speed went up to 75 mph.

Proof is in the pudding, you can look up instructors and see what kind of success rate that they have with their players that they train. I showcase my players on social media giving them recognition of their accomplishments as they grow in their mechanics of baseball.

The biggest question you should ask a hidden coach especially as his philosophy and hitting. There are many different philosophies on how to hit correctly this day and age. Many instructors teach the new way of hearing which is higher launch angle for more homeruns, but lower batting average. My philosophy is heading for average and power which I do believe is as Obtainable as the launch angle style but having a much higher batting average.
