    Thanks for the Cleanse, it helped me get back to my normal eating habits. I’ve been eating so much crazy stuff for the last couple of years. More boiled and in soup stuff.     I recently started my journey to become healthier and fit. When I heard about the Liver cleanse I decided now was a good time as any to try. I decided to do both the liver and gall cleanse. I had been set in my workout routine and eating relatively healthy (during the week, weekends were a different story!!), so adjusting to the cleanse wasn't too difficult for me. The hardest thing for me to eliminate from my diet was eggs as I tend to eat these on a daily basis after a workout etc. I was worried I would not have enough energy to workout (I do circuit training) so to help combat this I ate a banana before a few hours before my workouts. I found I was able to continue my workouts throughout the Cleanse. After the cleanse I lost a few pounds but more importantly now more aware of the foods that my body can or cannot eat.

    I had never done any sort of fasting, weight loss, or cleanse program. This was my first time. I was very excited and curious as I didn’t know what to expect. It became a little bit overwhelmed as I was going through the list of things that I couldn’t eat and the sleeping schedule. That was very different from my own. I LOVE carbs, rice, noodles, breads, and all other carbs that you can name! And I didn’t remember when was the last time I went to bed at 10pm! However, the whole process turned out to be very different from what I thought. I did the cleanse with a group of very close friends. We had a group chat. We were there to support and encourage each other when one of us needed a little mental support. Especially Andy and Minna. They were so amazingly helpful and organized. The schedule and the food menu that they had created for us were so easy to follow. They walked us through every single step!!!

    Before I started my training with Andy, I was already working out regularly (4-5X a week), but was not seeing any change in physique. The way I understood nutrition was the way most people tended to think about nutrition - if I worked out more, then I could eat whatever I'd like to eat, or if I eat more protein I'll gain toned muscle. What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We listen to your goals and concerns and design a bio-individualized program specifically for your needs since everyone's body is different. We specialize in Functional Nutrition and we customize our plans with both nutritional advice and workout programs.

Depending on your personal needs, we offer one on coaching for $97/session, monthly online membership training for $50/month.

How did you get started teaching?

I have Suffered from Feel Like Crap syndrome for over 25 years which included Chronic Degenerative arthritis, Chronic fatigue, Asthma, IBS and weight issues when my body deteriorated over time from a major car accident in my teens. After going from doctor and doctor to try to heal my symptoms, over the last 6 years I studied under the best scientist, doctors and nutritionists that specialized in Functional nutrition and cellular nutrition to finally heal myself. My passion is to help those that may be suffering from Nutritional deficiencies like I did.

What types of students have you worked with?

My students range from those that have problem losing weight, have chronic pains and tried every diet and exercise out there to those that want to learn general Nutrition and lifestyle practices that will not only give you more energy, live longer and look younger.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I helped a client that was obese, had type 2 diabetes and stage 1 kideney disease to lose weight and get off his diabetes medicine. His kidneys are currently getting better over time.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Everything that happens in life has a cause and effect. Where you are now did not happen over night and there is no magic bullet to get you to your optimal health overnight. Find a coach that is willing to find the root cause that has caused your end result or effect. Why are you overweight, why do you have joint pains, why do you have brain fog. There is no one size fits all approach to your health and wellness. Find a coach that will design a program that is bio-individualized for you.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What are your goals and what are you willing to do to get there? How much time are you willing to invest on the journey to get your best health? Are you willing to be teachable and forget everything you know so far and come in with an open mind.
