I have worked with hundreds of clients and what I enjoy the most is how everyone has a very different and very personal goal when it comes to health! I love learning about each person's goal and helping them create a path to achieve it!
I love virtual one-on-one training because it allows me to train people from anywhere they are! I have clients all over that I get to see daily thanks to technology! No excuses!

We start by creating a goal that is specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and set on a time frame. Then we create a training and nutrition plan that fits. Having a plan that is simple and precise creates a more successful partnership.
I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise. I also have my Nutrition Specialist, Health Coaching and Yoga certifications. We stop growing when we quit learning so I am constantly studying and attending conferences to stay at the top of my field.
I offer personal training sessions in 30 minute and 1 hour time blockes. Sessions can be purchased individually, 5 pack or 10 pack. Occassionally, I create a package with a client depending on needs.

All age ranges, both male and felmale, special needs students, axiety & depression clients, autoimmune disorders, young athletes, those looking to lose weight and those looking to gain, knee injuries, hormone imbalances, back injuries, diabetes, normal every day busy people, and anything else you can imagine. I work hard to be prepare for every client and create a program that works for them personally!
Find an instructor that you connect with and that makes you want to keep coming back. If you are miserable, it doesn't matter if that trainer is the "best in the world". They aren't the right fit for you.
