A new exercise class can be intimidating at first but let our expertly trained teachers guide you through each of our hour-long class with precision and care. Not all barre classes are created equal so why not start with the brand that helped ignite the craze. Since 2001, the Bar Method has been the gold standard in barre fitness. Each exercise has been infused with the science of physical therapy so you can rely on our safety and attention to form.
We offer Level I classes that emphasizes each exercise and which muscles are being targeted, but feel free to jump in to any of our Mixed classes as well. Our teachers are able to cater each class to the students so make it a point to let us know that it's your first time!
Not only do our teachers start with a rigorous 6 month minimum training program (including technique, form, and anatomy), but are also required to maintain a certain level of knowledge through our internal continuing education program.

The beauty of Bar Method is that you can start at any age, any level of fitness, and no dance experience necessary. Our current clients range from ages 20-75 so no excuses!
Recently we held a private charity class for St. Joseph's Elementary school in Long Beach. It was a great way for the moms to enjoy some "me" time to focus on themselves only for once!
Within each Bar Method class, there are modifications for every exercise for every type of injury. We also have various mats (tools) for support and to help you get the most out of each class. Please take the time to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to speak with your teacher if you would like to learn more.
