About this pro

I've been giving private baseball lessons for 18 years now and I focus on mechanics and techniques that are not gimmicks but based on kinesiology. I communicate well with my students so they know exactly what I want them to achieve and work on. I played pro ball in the minor leagues for 6 years, 4 years in the Angels organization. I know how important having good mechanics and fundamentals are, not just for health reason but for maximizing potential and gaining confidence.

I enjoy seeing my students get better from knowing what do as well as seeing their confidence grow from executing in the games.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

A lesson is either a half hour our an hour. I brake down the mechanics and fundamentals and the student does drills based on the mechanics we're working. It could be for hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, throwing and or base running. I also offer speed and agility training. An hour lesson can be split up where we work on two differernt things (ie. hittiing and pitching).

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I played college ball at a JC in Saratoga, Ca. as a pitcher, first baseman and outfielder. I received a full sholorship from East Carolina and was also drafted by the Angels as pitcher. I signed with Angels and I played minor league ball for 6 years.
