Randy Vasquez

I have been a coach at Wilshire girls softball for 4 years and have observed that hard work pays off. I started playing baseball when I was 8 and finished when I was 42 in the Men's Senior Baseball League. The more I was conscious of improving and the more I pushed myself the better I got. I have passed that experience along as I coach girls softball and I love to celebrate those moments when breakthroughs occur after the time we have put in. Youth sports is about learning, building confidence, being satisfied with the best you can do and having a great time along the way with your teammates and family.
