Obviously bodybuilders will train differently than the overweight individual trying to lose weight. We will work on a diet that is structured to your goal, design a cardio training regimen based on the goal as well.

I’ve always been reasonably skinny and rarely found a need to exercise. At the age of 36, I got tired of being weak and decided I needed to gain some muscle mass. I was nervous about beginning a weight-lifting regimen, but luckily I found Mike and he was very easy going and encouraging. This first couple of months were tough, but we kept slowing increasing the weight and Mike was not at all judgmental about my abilities or lack thereof. Now, I’m consistently surprised at how much weight I’m able to lift. Every session is challenging and during workouts, I frequently wonder why I’m putting my body through such distress…but later that day, I begin to look forward to the next session. I consider Mike a friend and there’s never an awkward silence when training, in case you’ve experienced other personal trainers who have a difficult time making interesting conversation. Mike is always available for nutritional/meal plan advice and he’s very reverent of any previous injuries you may have and careful to avoid exercises that may exacerbate pain. Mike earns my highest recommendation.

Dont price shop. You will get what you pay for. Most so called trainers do a lot of talking buy dont give a lot of results. Whether you hire me or someone else, always speak with a couple of trainers first and see how you feel about them. You need to feel confident in the trainer you are hiring. Remember you are paying alot of money for this service, make sure you feel comfortable with the person you hire.
