This work is my Fulfillment. Often times, it feels like play. These fields of meditation, coaching, spirituality, evolution... the exploration of these Fields is my Path. It is the Work that I most resonate with. It is the field in which I can be of most value to the world, according to the need of our time. It challenges me and excites me. I get excited about people getting free; From whatever may be holding them back; Including myself, moment to moment.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start our process with an in-person (Los Angeles) or Skype introductory session. This gives us an opportunity to meet and for you to learn about the details of your prospective meditation course and/or the process of working with me as your coach.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned Vedic Meditation in 2003, at the age of 18. After 6 years of dedicated practice, service, and study, I embarked on the Vedic Meditation teacher training progam. This was led by world-renowned Master Teacher, Maharishi Vyasananda (Thom Knoles). Our training program included extensive study of the Vedic (Ancient Indian) knowledgebase, completion of the 'Exploring the Veda' Series, a trip to India, and a 3-month training intensive in Flagstaff, AZ. Since 2009, I have dedicated my Life to teaching meditation, while passionately studying and teaching personal development work. Most notably, I produced and co-hosted my own live radio show. I am currently working on my first book. With respect to traditional education, I have a BA in Religious Studies from Cal State, University Northridge.

What types of students have you worked with?
All types of students, from all walks of life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The quality of the teaching is a direct reflection of the quality of the teacher. Be diligent in finding the right teacher for you, and trust your instincts. Keep checking in with yourself while creating space to be guided to the 'right' instructor for you at this time.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I don't think you need to premeditate any particular questions. Check in with yourself and if questions organically arise, then ask!
