About
ForgedFit started in the Personal Training Industry in the year 2000.
ForgedFit and its trainers specialize in personal progress, not just personal training. The passion for true development is what we take pride in. This development extends beyond just physical development. Nutritional education, motivational techniques, self-confidence building and REALISTIC, but challenging goal setting are just a few of the things we take pride in focusing on.
Educating clients on how to push themselves beyond what they ever imagined, teaching them how to break out of their comfort zones, and showing them they CAN do more are crucial for maximal progress. These are techniques that you cannot learn from any textbook or display with any certification. The total development of mind, attitude and one’s belief system is what leads to the total development of body.
As you progress, evolve, and adapt to your training program, your trainer will continually modify your program while also changing their approach, their expectations and their coaching style to ensure the greatest results. That passion for the end result can not be taught. ForgedFit was created on the principal of adaptive training based on your specific wants and needs, with a focus on continual muscle confusion ensuring that your body will progress with optimal results, leading to a complete evolution of you.
ForgedFit was founded with 2 ideas in mind: Program design based on YOUR wants and needs, and the idea of keeping things fresh, challenging and fun. Too many trainers out there get licensed and assume their work is done. The focus on simple “textbook” training concepts and gimmicks leads to poor results, frustrated clients and potential injury. Few have the years of experience in body change, nutritional guidance and fitness training, while also possessing the skill set to help lead a client to optimal athletic performance, sport-specific training and strength and power training if desired.
We believe in continually changing styles, approach and regimen. A solid mix of athletic, plyometric, cardiovascular, flexibility and weight training will lead to a completely new you.
Seeing the change in clients. The look on their faces. The inner growth and of course helping people achieve their goals and get results by realizing the potential that they always had inside. It just takes a little spark and dedication!

Pricing depends on frequency.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been involved in sports and fitness my entire adult life. I was also overweight as a teen. I initially was self taught and completely transformed my body as well as my mind which gave me a passion for health/fitness and helping others achieve the same results. I was an All-American athlete at The University of Southern California, which led to a deeper education and greater real life experience than most trainers have.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've had clients from 12 years old to 70 years old. Each person, body type, personality type, etc. require completely different training approaches.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't go for the least expensive trainer. I am not that. I am however less expensive than an Equinox trainer for example, with 10x the education and experience. Just remember...you get what you pay for.
