I work with my clients 1x per week and guide them to do their own thing the rest of the week. I stay in communication with my clients throughout the week to ensure they get in all the work they need until we meet next. This creates a program one can continue on their own and keeps the cost down.

I work wherever is best for the client. I can come to your home, meet at different parks, or at a local gym.
