My name is Dom Richardson, I have over 30 years experience in different modalities of training. I have played football on the Division 1 level and also played football professionally with the Washington Redskins from 2004-2006.

I currently hold a Science Degree in Kinesiology from Howard University and am certified through ISSA in personal training, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning.

I have helped athletes with sports specific training in the pro, collegiate and high school level. My knowledge ranges across multiple sports ranging from football to tennis.
