About

A.C.T.I.O.N Being a acronym for Actively Creating Teamwork In Our Neighborhoods. Was started not only to develop the fundamentals of football for beginners and advanced sports training for the experienced athletes, but to also bring together student athletes from different walks of life and bring them together in a safe space to encourage hard work, dedication, and leadership development. My athletes and their parents become more of extended family as time goes on as we keep in contact and I follow their progression not only in the classroom and field but also as they grow in life. The training really puts my skills to the test and the coaches really help me improve my craft every time I train with him.

what I Love about Action Athletic training, is it allows me to push the limits to myself physically and mentally! Great team building experience and everyone has one goal, and it’s to feel the work out and knowing you really put the work in to enjoy that summer body !

When I use to go, it was a bit challenging but very fun. It was also a way for me to stay active and get a better health. Also with a couple hours of training you feel great in the end, you make good memories and that’s what I enjoyed about it.

    Frequently asked questions

When meeting a new athlete I naturally like to  sit down and talk or talk while playing catch. Just so that we can get to know one another and go over their goals in life and also in their sport. To help develop a plan specially for them.

I have 9 years experience coaching High school football. I have recently signed with the Oakland Panthers IFL team as a strength and conditioning assistant. I've coached football camps for the Raiders, Niners, and also NFL players personal football camps. I've not only trained athletes to get ready for the season but also work with them in the off season for camps, combines and pro days.

All pricing for group and personal training will be discussed between my clients and I.

I started Coaching due to a career ending injury I sustained during a car accident while in college. My youngest brother was coming up on his junior year in high school and I decided I wanted to coach to help develop him for his college football career. Since then I fell in love with coaching the game just like I did when I played. Now I get to learn and develop so that I can coach and train my athletes to go beyond their doubts and push them to become better athletes and great men.

I've mostly worked with high school and  college athletes. But my Action Athletes range from Youth to the NFL levels.

Saturday Action workouts is my biggest group session of the week. All athletes come together and train with me and then at the end of training they play 7 on 7 or 1 on 1's. It's a great way to bring athletes together and develop skills with new competition.

Don't just go to any trainer because they appear to look good on social media. Actually take time to get to now your trainer and get a feel for them.

Most important question you need to ask yourself is why are you pursuing training? Some kids just want to train with trainers because of who the trainers have trained for a sense of clout. Ask yourself are you serious about this sport? And are you doing this for yourself or are you doing it because your parents just want you to? A trainer loves to meet an athlete who is honest about what he/she needs to improve on and their overall goal for seeking training. Trainers love to see the progress with their clients. Seeing results that came from the benefit of your training is the biggest compliment to a trainer.
