Thank you for contacting me. I am a session bassist/guitarist who graduated B.M. from Berklee College of Music in Boston. I have been an instructor over 20 years, and have been taught bass, guitar and ukulele in multiple settings (private lessons, group classes in elementary schools, and college level band classes)
My teaching style is very relaxed. I do not want to rush my students. I want to play tunes together, talk about how they practiced and what was difficult, answering questions until they make sense. As an adult who had never played a musical instrument in my life, I was pretty nervous walking in to my first lesson. Eddie has a kind and easy way about him, and he talked me through my anxieties. After my first lesson, I felt at ease and confident that he would help me reach my goals. I've now been working with him for over 2 months and I've already made so much progress with his guidance. He's very patient with me, and is very skilled in his ways of helping me through obstacles. Not only is he very knowledgeable, his passion for music and teaching is palpable.
