What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First is an assessment and a general get-to-know-you walkthrough. Check for any movement, or posture deficiencies, muscle imbalances, or movement compensations. After that but together an integrative program that involves stabilization, strength endurance, Max strength, and power. This can work from an athlete or just a pedestrian wanting to lose weight or gain weight.
