What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask the student about their goals and we develop a training plan from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently getting an MFA in Illustration. I have Personal Fitness Training Certification through ISSA and I also have First Aid and CPR certification thought the Red Cross.
I played piano all throughout my childhood. I danced a lot also and founded a Belly Dance Club during my Undergraduate years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Basic K-12 tutoring is $40 per hour.
Adult one on one lessons are $60 per hour.
For group lessons, you must already have a group of other students who want to take the class with you. And then you can ask me about a group rate.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been tutoring ever since I was a college student. It just worked out as a part-time job and my students were happy with the results of my tutoring.
