Having recently returned from a 2 year spiritual hiatus in the south of France I find myself reaching for a familiar vibration, that of contributing to others via whatever form, modality, is required.
The art of meditation has been proven to quiet your mind, promote a sense of well-being, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and clarity of mind. There are as many ways to meditate as there are methods; my aim is to introduce several types for you to choose what suits your particular desires and needs.

I love meditation like this although I'm a beginner. I was able to completely relax and be guided by Margo. The first session I wasn't sure what to expect and afterwards I felt emotionally concerned. After another few sessions I was able to completely relax and come to terms with my inner thoughts. I could really do with more positive guidance from Margo and her excellent meditation. We are taught to feel love and compassion and able to discuss how we feel after each session. I'm not an expert but 100% would recommend meditation with Margo. Feel the love.

You know, truly, it varies from student to student as everybody's unique needs and desires are different. I will say, the primary goal is to always ensure they are comfortable and feel safe. And, of course, asking what they wish to get out of meditation, why they are drawn to adding that in to their lives.
I have spent the last 10 years of my life aquiring spiritual tools, learning to heal myself and choosing to be true to myself. Teaching has always been a part of who I am.. as the daughter of a schoolteacher, I can remember, as a 10 year old, teaching school to my sisters and friends during summer vacation! At one point I substitute taught for a year or so... obviously, the energy runs deep! The space from which I function now is based more on sharing information for I believe we all know what is true for each of us - I simply facilitate the reacquaintance with that knowledge.
