My name is Lionela Torriero and I am the founder of Infinite You Meditation Studio. I am a Certified Meditation Instructor in Transformative Meditation. Raising my family, working in a corporate world, and witnessing the effects of stress on myself, family members, and my co-workers inspired me to open a meditation studio where members of Orange County community can pause from busy lives, hectic schedules, never-ending demands and find a space of peace and contentment in their everyday lives.

I will share with you a wide variety of meditation methods and will help you to find a specific meditation that works best for you. My passion for meditation, enhanced with a desire to help others who are on the path to self-discovery, mindful living and internal peace, makes me a “one-of-a-kind” practitioner who is able to help you to establish, sustain and maintain a successful meditation practice.

Meditation came naturally to me. I learned from a very early age how to find comfort, peace, and nourishment from quiet moments. As I have matured, my love for the valuable lesson of quietude has evolved and matured with me. Teaching meditation is a rewarding job. I watch my students finding their own way in meditation. I help them to discover meditative practices that they can embrace and sustain as they move forward in their lives. Watching my students getting into a state of peaceful equilibrium and thus enjoying their life to its full extent fills me with contentment and joy.
