I enjoy helping people gain a better perspective regarding their overall health and wellness. Pilates is movement that involves a mind and body connection that strengthens, lengthens and tones the body. In addition, I teach Restorative Exercise which educates people about proper body alignment and corrective movements that help rid chronic pain and avoid future wear and tear on your body.
I enjoy educating people about the health and wellness of their bodies and teaching them how to move properly throughout their day so they can take the information beyond their movement sessions and into other activities they love to do.
