I enjoy helping people gain a better perspective regarding their overall health and wellness. Pilates is movement that involves a mind and body connection that strengthens, lengthens and tones the body. In addition, I teach Restorative Exercise which educates people about proper body alignment and corrective movements that help rid chronic pain and avoid future wear and tear on your body.
I enjoy educating people about the health and wellness of their bodies and teaching them how to move properly throughout their day so they can take the information beyond their movement sessions and into other activities they love to do.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years as a Physical Therapist Assistant and am a certified Pilates Instructor as well as having my certification as a Restorative Exercise Specialist.

What types of students have you worked with?
I work with people of all ages and fitness levels, however my focus has been on post rehab clients and/or people that have chronic pain and disfunction.

Ask questions and be honest about what you expect and about your condition.
