I am experienced and certified yoga therapist and Pilates Instructor . I graduated and got my degree as a doctor of traditional naturopathy (ND) in 2015.
My doctoral thesis was “ Beat cancer at the source” and its book was published in 2016.
My passion is practicing alternative medicine and holistic health. helping clients to improve their physical energical and mental health is my ultimate goal.
Healing my clients is my passion. I have been enjoying learning and teaching. When my clients tell me they have been so lucky to find me, it makes me so proud to be a doctor of naturopathy. My approach is holistic health that includes not only healing the body but also emotion and mind. Holistic health is a non-harming practice that will lead to rewarding experience when we have enough patience to practice what we learn.

A comprehensive analysis of your current health situation to find out what your needs are. According to your evaluation results , you will receive recommendations, instructions, and coaching with follow-up sessions.
1) The first session is comprehensive assessment session. Analysis with using lifestyle Mapping, Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire including your physical, mental components, diet and environment . The assessments evaluation includes:
** Heavy metal toxicity assessment ( Aluminum, cadmium, lead, Mercury toxicity)
**Leaky Gut appraisal, Yeast overgrowth ( candida) Appraisal, Toxic Bowel Appraisal
** Iridiology Eye Analysis and Iris Reading

** Aura Reading and Chakra healing
2) Second session is the most important one . According to your individulaized health evalution, you will receive holistic health guidance with recommendation and instructions.
Our health consultation goal is to review and adjust holistic health plan to help you achieve your well-being objectives.
Follow up coaching sessions depends on the clients health condition. We can schedule monthly follow up sessions for checking the results and feel how your lifestyle change made a difference in your well-being.
I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and I am an experiencedyoga therapist who teaches Theraputic Yoga postures plus relaxation and meditation. I have adegree as a Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy and got my certification as board certified holisitc health counselor from Amercian Council of Holistic Medicine.
Praicing depends on the needs of the clients , the length of each session. My goal is healing my clinets and keep them happy with my service. If client is satisfied she/ he can put value on it.
I got my bachelor degree in public health back in 1999 . Public health is about diseases prevention. Actually, I found yogic lifestyle as one of the best practice that is non-harming prevents diseases. Therefore, I tried to follow yogic path and natural health lifestyle. I studied and practiced what I have been learning over time. I think its the time now to teach people and let tthem feel the healing effects of natural way of lifestyle that I have learned and experienced .
I have taught classes to different age groups. Honestly, I have worked with small kids ( 3 years old ) till 80 years old. Actually, I have taught yoga classes to the kids ( itsy bitsy yoga) and had therapeutic yoga sessions to an 80 years old client. Yoga is for everyage. The sooner we pracrice the better results we will get.
