How did you get started teaching?
I was an international singer and entertainer and hurt myself badly a few times on stage leaving me unable to continue my contract .. Once my physical therapist introduced me to the Reformer Machine that was the moment that changed my life forever =)
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with an array of students. Ranging from young athletes to elderly and disabled.My clients have a range of ailments such as lupus, limes disease, MS & hip/ knee pain, back pain and shoulder and neck issues. I specialize in a wide array of treatments to fit your specific needs.With a specific focus on stretching and mobility.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
the biggest thing it to feel comfortable with your trainer and know they are in alignment with your goals.
