I am trained in not only in fat loss but also in corrective exercise meaning, if you have an injury I can keep you working out while keeping you safe. It means that if you're release from a rehab stint I can take over and continue to build the strength one would need to promote quality of movement. I am also a life coach. I do not babysit but rather, I enable different vantage points and give my clients the the ability to choose for their own Selves. I am quick on my feet and can accommodate for several different levels of fitness and have had clients from 16 years old up to my oldest one of 78 years old.
I enjoy meeting the large array of people and different personalities. I enjoy working with people with autoimmune and other physical conditions. Each day is different. Since 1984 I have had the pleasure of working with people and getting to know them, what makes them tick and how to nudge, shove or hurl them into getting out of their own way and into their greatness.
