My name is Gabriel I am a third Generation Chef of Auguste Escoffier the God Father of modern cuisine. I Believe cooking is an art we must learn to understand with great ingredients and much Patients. I have been in the Restaurant industry for 20 yrs and had the opportunity to work with Top Chefs in the industry. My main objective is to help you become a good cook through the knowledge of understanding the process of Cooking. Teaching you how to build flavor on top of flavors. I Specialize in Italian Cuisine, Mexican Cuisine, Southern Louisiana Cuisine, American and Vegan
Being able to make people happy through there experience with great food and being able to let your senses be your guide.
I have had 2 lessons so far and am continuing my lessons with Chef Gabriel. I have really enjoyed my experience! He has taught me some history as well as an understanding of the basics and is putting them into practice for me to learn. I am feeling more comfortable cooking and learning a great deal!
