Chef Gabriel is a culinary master in the art of cooking. He has had the ability to work with some of the top Chefs around the world. He was able to learn from a Master Chef from Italy, and also The Ralph Brennen family, and other top Chefs. Chef Gabriel has been an Executive Chef for over 15 yrs and worked in some of the top Hotels and restaurants in Los Angeles. Chef Gabriel is the third Generation Chef of Auguste Escoffier the God Father of modern cuisine. He believes Cooking is an art we must learn, with much Patients and great Ingredients. He is a student of learning and growing and wants to share that with you.
His main objective is to help people to become good at cooking through knowledge & understanding the process of Cooking. Teaching people how to build flavor on top of flavors and to create great dishes. He Specializes in Italian Cuisine, Mexican Cuisine, Southern Louisiana Cuisine, American and Vegan

I have had 2 lessons so far and am continuing my lessons with Chef Gabriel. I have really enjoyed my experience! He has taught me some history as well as an understanding of the basics and is putting them into practice for me to learn. I am feeling more comfortable cooking and learning a great deal!
