I take a comprehensive approach understanding your specific needs regarding current life situations, sleep habits, nutrition deficiencies, exercise goals to achieve results through nutrition and movement for a better quality of life.

With over 17-years of experience, I work with youth athletes in all sports and individuals with RA, RSD, MS, DISH, Parkinson's and other autoimmune disorders. Many of my clients come to me with injuries, post-surgery issues, knee, low back, achilles, and shoulder pain for relief.

In addition, I provide health/nutrition coaching, recommend and sell high quality supplements and protein powders to help facilitate a healthier lifestyle.

My service involves healing the entire body from muscular pain, inflammation, unwanted weight gain, calorie dense foods, and sedentary lifestyle.

My techniques are sometimes immediate or within a day or so you feel better. I really enjoy the satisfaction of knowing I am helping my clients live their best life!

    I’m in my late thirties and have four children. My body is just not what it used to be. How my body reacts to injuries is also a bit more intense too. Currently I’m suffering from shin splints, which I’ve had on and off my whole life. As a track and cross country runner this was just part of the program. I’ve usually just had to deal with them and run through them, but I can’t do that anymore. Among my leg injuries, I also have an incredibly tight neck, pain in shoulders and lower back, all things that make it almost impossible to workout. I’ve tried months of massage therapy, switching to new/different shoes and doing various stretching techniques. Although all of those things are important, none of them seem to decrease my pain and tightness in my body. My last ditch effort to help alleviate my pain, a friend me to Clyde.
    After hearing my concerns, Clyde assured me that he could get to the bottom of why I was in so much pain. After a 1/2 hour of MAT with Clyde, I learned that my hips were out of alignment, my ankles were not flexible the way they should be, my hamstrings weren’t functioning properly and my shoulders were not firing properly. In minutes I could feel the difference and even days later I felt a world of improvement. I highly recommend Clyde to anyone in pain. He will get to the root of your problem and help you feel so much better.

    Strength and Conditioning
    We have made good progress with the program youve put together for me. I look forward to what we can accomplish over the next few months.
    Diet
    I thought my diet was always pretty good. The changes I have made with your encouragement and help have been rewarding. Ive dropped 15 Lbs. in just over two months and my strength, endurance and general health have all improved.
    MAT
    This is kind of the “magic” glue that keeps everything together. With my age, athletic background and wear and tear, your MAT has been awesome. We can minimize and eliminate minor injuries quickly, before they become critical and keep a stronger, more consistent training and activity schedule. As you know, I was told last year that I needed a shoulder replacement. Your MAT was a major factor in my successful rehab without surgery.
    Thanks again and I look forward to kicking some ass this year!
