With over 13-years of experience, I work with youth athletes in all sports, volunteer coach for youth with Autism and Down syndrome, individuals with RA, RSD, MS, DISH, Parkinson's and other autoimmune disorders. Many of my clients come to me with injuries, post-surgery issues, knee, low back, and shoulder pain for relief.

In addition, I provide health/nutrition coaching, recommend and sell high quality supplements, offer monthly pre-packaged and customized meal programs (food delivered to your door), and a partnership w/Registered Dietitian. 

Our first consult is complimentary to get an idea of how lifestyle, food, hormones, stress, and poor sleep can wreak havoc on our body’s ability to function at an optimal level. I require a 90-day commitment to help you change your habits and ultimately change your life! I have a Master of Science in Exercise & Rehabilitation Science, Precision Nutrition & NASM Nutrition Certified. 

Student athletes went on to play D1 sports at Duke, Delaware, Temple, Montana, Penn State, Georgia Southern, and Rutgers.

Worked with active military personnel to prepare and improve PRT scores (Oahu, HI)

Selected fitness professional to work with the Wounded Warrior Project.

    I’m in my late thirties and have four children. My body is just not what it used to be. How my body reacts to injuries is also a bit more intense too. Currently I’m suffering from shin splints, which I’ve had on and off my whole life. As a track and cross country runner this was just part of the program. I’ve usually just had to deal with them and run through them, but I can’t do that anymore. Among my leg injuries, I also have an incredibly tight neck, pain in shoulders and lower back, all things that make it almost impossible to workout. I’ve tried months of massage therapy, switching to new/different shoes and doing various stretching techniques. Although all of those things are important, none of them seem to decrease my pain and tightness in my body. My last ditch effort to help alleviate my pain, a friend me to Clyde. After hearing my concerns, Clyde assured me that he could get to the bottom of why I was in so much pain. After a 1/2 hour of MAT with Clyde, I learned that my hips were out of alignment, my ankles were not flexible the way they should be, my hamstrings weren’t functioning properly and my shoulders were not firing properly. In minutes I could feel the difference and even days later I felt a world of improvement. I highly recommend Clyde to anyone in pain. How did you get started teaching?

Almost 19-years ago, I lost 107 pounds and got a second chance at life to be healthy. I went back to school and when I graduated I decided to motivate others to be healthy.
