I take a comprehensive approach understanding your specific needs regarding current life situations, sleep habits, nutrition deficiencies, exercise goals to achieve results through nutrition and movement for a better quality of life.
With over 17-years of experience, I work with youth athletes in all sports and individuals with RA, RSD, MS, DISH, Parkinson's and other autoimmune disorders. Many of my clients come to me with injuries, post-surgery issues, knee, low back, achilles, and shoulder pain for relief.

In addition, I provide health/nutrition coaching, recommend and sell high quality supplements and protein powders to help facilitate a healthier lifestyle.
My service involves healing the entire body from muscular pain, inflammation, unwanted weight gain, calorie dense foods, and sedentary lifestyle.
My techniques are sometimes immediate or within a day or so you feel better. I really enjoy the satisfaction of knowing I am helping my clients live their best life!

How did you get started teaching?
Almost 22-years ago, I lost 127 pounds and got a second chance at life to be healthy. I went back to school and when I graduated I decided to motivate others to be healthy.
