What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We schedule a free 30 minute phone call and both discern if the dynamic is a good fit by discussing your current needs and how I might help you reach your goals. We then set a tangible plan to achieve them by incorporating practices for mind, body and soul in our first one hour session.

Meditation & Mindfulness: Sundays 8:30am & Mondays 10:45am

I have a number of personal development certifications and coursework including the Gallup StrengthsFinder as Emotional & Cultural Intelligence and the Enneagram.

Registered Yoga Instructor 200 hrs. with Yoga Alliance 

Studying Mindfulness & Tibetan Meditation

Pricing is $20hr. for group classes

Private lessons $45hr.

I have been teaching in one form or another for nearly 20 years. I can't help but share what I am passionate about.
